The MDS Group has strengthened its consolidation in Spain through the integration of AseRiesgo Correduría de Seguros, based in Madrid. The transaction is part of the MDS Group’s growth and consolidation strategy in the Iberian Peninsula.
Founded in 2005 as the successor to Global AR (2000), AseRiesgo Correduría de Seguros is a highly specialized company in liability and professional insurance, developing advanced solutions for corporate clients with complex needs.
AseRiesgo has a solid client portfolio, including major engineering companies and public entities, to which it provides specialized consulting in risk management and highly specialized insurance solutions.
With this integration, MDS strengthens its value proposition in the specialty lines segment, incorporating distinctive technical capabilities that complement its current offering and strengthen its positioning in the Spanish market.
This operation is part of MDS’s strategy of sustained growth, based on the integration of companies with high added value and technical specialization, contributing to the construction of a more diversified organization focused on its clients’ needs.

The transaction is subject to the fulfillment of the usual conditions for this type of deal, including obtaining the corresponding regulatory approvals in Spain.
