The MDS Group continues to strengthen its presence in Spain by reinforcing two new business areas: financial lines and reinsurance, which will be led by two executives with extensive experience in the sector: José María Elguero and Pablo Cobian González del Valle.
With over 30 years of experience, José María Elguero will take on the role of developing financial lines. His deep knowledge in this specialty, acquired as an executive at major companies in the sector, will contribute to expanding the offering of specialized solutions for corporate clients in this area. He holds a degree in Law, a PhD in Political Science, and an MBA from the Instituto de Empresa, and is also a professor at the Pontifical University of Comillas (ICAI-ICADE).
Pablo Cobian González del Valle joins MDS to lead the development of the Reinsurance area and will also provide support to large corporate clients. With solid experience in reinsurance programs and corporate insurance, in recent years he has been responsible for the placement and development of insurance programs for large corporate clients. In addition, he led a Reinsurance Department, which he was responsible for creating and developing.
